Announcing Aspiration Scholarship for 2013
Each month a local artist donates a work of art to the WREF, that we, in turn offer sale.  Remember, donations mean scholarship and opportunities to college-bound and college students, in Westchester and wishing to pursue college degrees in art.  

This month's piece is entitled, "Blue Walking Thumb" and is a unique work, produced with natural dyes and applied with the artist's thumb.
